"In the current Havoc at airports the Greeting service was cruicial for me and worked amazing! I purchased ths service for my son which had only 01:20 layover in Rome FCO before connecting to a Venice flight. Because of delays this became a 40 minutes layover. without this service he would never could of made it on time, and he Did! The greeter met him upon entering terminal 3, rushed him through security and passport control and onto Terminal 1 for a domestic flight to Venice. Excellent!!! "

The service was great!! A greeter met me at the gate, escorted me through immigration very quickly, helped me collect my bags and got me to my car in very short period of time. I will use Universal Sky Services again!!

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Universal Sky service in Cancun airport. We booked a private sedan service from the airport to our hotel at Mayakoba l. When we exited the airport, their driver was nowhere to be seen. All hotel and limo company drivers were waiting outside with their signs, except for our driver. I tried calling their office. Several times it went to voicemail. Finally their representative picked up and started on a lengthy process of trying to locate their driver. Meanwhile we were left standing in a big crowd of drivers and arriving passengers during these dangerous times of Covid pandemic, Many drivers tried to help us but none of them heard of Universal Sky. The driver finally showed up half an hour later. We constantly travel internationally but never have I had such a disastrous experience with cat service.

  • These services are offered at various pricing points, depending on the airport, whether it is an arrival, departure, or transfer service, and whether the lounge is being used. Package rates are available for services required on both arrival and departure. Pricing is also dependent on the number of passengers. You can contact our Support Team via email, phone, social media platforms 24/7 at any time of your booking process.

  • What is the cancelation policy? How do I change or cancel my booking?

  • If you already have your booking confirmation please email us with the change request as soon as you can. We understand plans change, please cancel or modify your booking no less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled service to avoid a non refundable charge (please note that a 4% terminal fee will be applied).

    All the cancellations of VIP Tarmac services are non refundable. Some of the airports offer credit for future travels. Please contact us regarding the cancellation policy for Tarmac via email.

  • Do I need to tip a Universal SkyVIP representative?

  • Tipping is absolutely optional and not expected. Our agent’s main priority is to make sure all your travel needs are met and executed.

  • What happens if I am going to be late or early?

  • The assigned agent will monitor your arrival flight time and make all necessary changes to meet you on time. If you are running late to the airport for your departure flights, please let your assigned agent know immediately, so they can adjust the meeting time.

  • Are children permitted? Are there any discounts?

  • Absolutely, all children are welcome. Please contact us directly with the child's age and airport details, as rules and regulations differ from airport to airport according to authority regulations. If you are traveling with a big group or interested in roundtrip service, kindly let us know at the time of booking as a discount can be applied if applicable.

  • Do I need to tell you of every little change to my plans?

  • Please contact us in case of urgent changes, such as lead passenger name change, service date, flight or amount of passengers change. As well if you wish to include additional services such as porter, buggy, lounge access or cancel additional service.
