What a wonderful experience .. the entire journey from gate of the plane till the taxi outside airport was 10 minutes … The staff Yahia greeted me at the gate of the plane upon arrival with a board carrying my name, golf car was waiting, passport check was smooth and fast, he helped me with my luggage until the door of the taxi. "This was the second time of using this service in transit via Dubai. My return journey from the UK to Melbourne as a solo traveller I was met by a lovely girl called Hina . Without her assistance I would not have found my way to the business class lounge . With less than an hour and a half in such a huge terminal.
